This success led him to Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he now leads a formidable team of fifty agents across an expansive region that stretches from Santa Barbara to the Mexico border, encompassing the Palm Springs area.

Chad's leadership is deeply rooted in providing exceptional client service and nurturing lasting relationships, elements he believes are crucial to sustained success in the real estate industry. He is committed to the ongoing development of his team, providing them with intensive training and strategic insights to excel in a competitive landscape.

Chad co-founded the Green Group with Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino, which has consistently ranked in the top 1% of national real estate agents thanks to their innovative approach and exceptional performance. In 2022, he expanded his business operations by establishing Harcourts Carolinas in Columbia, South Carolina, capitalizing on the growth potential of this rapidly growing market.
